We were challenged with less than two weeks to execute the renovation of a dilapidated downtown retail store’s interior in order to satisfy updates in building codes and the general aesthetic. Challenge accepted!
The inventory was moved into a shipping container by our crew in a few hours and work began on the space that same day. The old drop ceiling was removed, original tin ceiling restored and painted, floors were sanded and refinished, walls repaired, new fire-sprinklers installed, new HVAC, new lighting, a few coats of paint and Shazam! New store with all the product back on the shelves in time for a grand re-opening and fully code compliant.
