When a former restaurant space became available downtown, an experienced husband and wife team jumped on the opportunity to establish their own space. We served as general contractors to perform extensive updates to the building, bringing it up to current codes and giving it a completely new aesthetic. One of the key interior finishes at the new Roost restaurant is its reclaimed wood ceiling. We salvaged material that had been previously used as sub-flooring and gave it a new lease on life.
