No we are not building a secret underground doomsday tunnel, but we are customizing another restaurant kitchen hood system. After many restaurant building experiences, we have become rather adept at fitting ventilation hood systems into difficult spaces whether they be historic structures or new construction. This vent hood will feature a sophisticated fire suppression system, energy efficient motor controls and will hopefully be doing its share of the work in making some tasty food as well.
