Another collaborative effort between our wood and metal fabrication shops created this series of tables. Hand and torch bent plate steel legs slide seamlessly into harwdood tops to create a table that is 100% free of any mechanical fasteners. We have made several different pieces using this technique and look forward to continually evolving this simple integration of materials in the most basic and timeless of ways. Wood meets steel with no screwdriver required. Think about that the next time you are assembling something from IKEA.
